Eight apartments among the olive trees

Our casale sits high on a hill in a nature area, between Perugia and Lake Trasimeno. The stone buildings stand in the middle of our 70-hectare estate, with olive grove, vineyard, woodland and fields full of wild herbs.

There are eight spacious apartments from 38 to 140 m², all with their own kitchen. Coming as a couple, with the family or with a whole group? You can also rent the North Building as a whole, for 18 people.

By day you swim lengths in the pool with views over the valley; in the evening you dine outside at a long table. You are very welcome from April 2027.

Medieval towns, piazzas, wine and pasta: from Casa Tre Pettirossi you’re in the real Italy in no time.

Our municipality

Corciano

Our estate belongs to Corciano, which is listed among I Borghi più belli d’Italia. Stroll within the medieval walls to the piazza for an espresso. In August the village celebrates the Agosto Corcianese, with music, art and historical processions.

Umbria’s capital sits high on a hill. Stroll along the Corso Vannucci, see Perugino’s paintings in the Galleria Nazionale dell’Umbria and taste the chocolate the city is famous for. In July there’s Umbria Jazz.

Lake Trasimeno

The largest lake in central Italy. Sailing, SUP, windsurfing or simply swimming from a small beach. Take the boat to Isola Maggiore, or eat fish from the lake in Passignano or Castiglione del Lago.

Assisi

The city of Saint Francis lies on the slopes of Monte Subasio. The Basilica di San Francesco, with Giotto’s famous frescoes, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Come early and you’ll have the little streets almost to yourself.

Cortona and Siena

Just over the border, in Tuscany. Cortona sits high above the Val di Chiana, with steep lanes and Etruscan walls. Siena makes a great day out: the shell-shaped Piazza del Campo, the Duomo and, in summer, the Palio.

On and around the estate

Sport

Climbs and descents on a road bike, gravel bike or mountain bike. Golf on the Antognolla castle course (15 minutes), padel and beach volleyball in the village. And on the estate itself: the pool, the outdoor gym and walks through woods and fields.

Our apartments

From Gaia for two people to Ribes for six: every apartment has its own kitchen and its own character, with wooden beams and terracotta floors. Click on an apartment for more photos and the layout. With a group, you can rent the whole North Building, for 18 people. Gran Marco and Cottage Mora have air conditioning.
