Casa Tre Pettirossi is a place where the energy instantly calms your nervous system. La natura magica.
Our Casale sits on a mountain in a nature reserve and consists of several buildings. There are eight spacious, fully equipped apartments and a large swimming pool (15x8m) with views over the valley.
The private estate covers 70 hectares, part of which is olive grove and vineyard. The rest is woodland alternating with fields full of wild herbs, fig and cherry trees and flowers, where you can take beautiful walks. We share the land with pheasants, deer, wild boar, foxes and a wide variety of birds.

From April 2027
In April 2027 we open our 8 holiday apartments and swimming pool (15 x 8 m) in Umbria (Corciano).

An indoor padel court is less than a five-minute drive away. Rackets are free when booking a court.

Do a sun salutation in one of the wild fields overlooking the olive trees and the hills of Umbria and Tuscany.
From our olive grove
Extra virgin olive oil
Our oldest tree is 200 years old, the youngest just 40. Together, year after year, they turn their blossom into a tasty and healthy extra virgin olive oil.
You can already order the oil from our October 2026 harvest. We deliver from December 2026, in order of purchase.

Casa Tre Pettirossi is the ideal place to host your own retreat, training or workshop. There are 8 apartments (38–140 m²) with their own kitchen, 18 bedrooms and 36 beds (max. 50).

The journey
1,480 km from Utrecht. Transavia flies direct from Rotterdam to Perugia (25 min), Ancona Airport is 1 h 35 away, Florence Airport 1 h 42, Pisa 2 h 23 and Rome 2 h 15. Or take the night train to Milan and drive another 3.5 hours to Perugia from there.
