2. When these terms apply
These terms apply to all orders placed through our online shop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
3. Offer and prices
- All prices are in euros and include shipping. We ship from the Netherlands to the Netherlands, Germany and Italy.
- We supply larger quantities (5 litres or more) on request. Email us for the options.
- Obvious errors in prices or product information are not binding on us.
4. Pre-order and while stocks last
- We sell our olive oil on pre-order. You are now ordering oil from the October 2026 harvest. We deliver from December 2026, in order of purchase.
- While stocks last. The amount of oil depends on the harvest. If, unexpectedly, we cannot deliver your order (in full), we will let you know as soon as possible and refund the amount for the undelivered part in full.
- You will receive a confirmation by email as soon as we receive your order, and again as soon as we ship your parcel.
5. Payment
- You pay by bank transfer. After ordering, you will receive an email with our bank details and your order number.
- We ask you to transfer the amount within 7 days, quoting your order number.
- If we have not received your payment after 14 days, we may cancel your order. We will send you a reminder beforehand.
6. Delivery
- We ship from the Netherlands with a parcel service. After dispatch, delivery usually takes a few working days.
- Please check your parcel on receipt. Is a tin damaged or is your order incorrect? Email us within a week, preferably with a photo, and we’ll sort it out.
- The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you receive the parcel.
7. Right of withdrawal and returns
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This period starts on the day after you have received the order.
- Let us know by email within these 14 days that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. You can use the model form at the bottom of this page, but you don’t have to.
- Then return the tins unopened and undamaged within 14 days. The cost of returning them is at your expense.
- Olive oil is a food product. For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept opened tins back.
- We will refund the purchase amount, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the tins.
8. Complaints
Not satisfied? We’d like to hear about it, so we can put it right. Email your complaint as soon as possible after discovering the problem to ciao@casatrepettirossi.com. We will respond within 14 days. Your statutory rights always remain in force.
9. Storage
Store olive oil in a cool, dark place, preferably between 14 and 18 °C, and close the tin tightly after use. The best-before date is on the tin.
10. Privacy
We only use your details to process and deliver your order and to keep in touch with you about your order. We do not sell your details and only share them with parties we need for delivery, such as the parcel service.
11. Applicable law
These terms are governed by [Dutch / Italian – to be completed] law. As a consumer, you also always retain the protection offered by the law of your own country of residence.
